A dermatologist can help you with that. They have this procedure where they peel a layer of skin with medicine in order to get rid of roughness and scars. It doesn't hurt, don't worry, but it takes a lot of patience, time and money. In the meantime, get a bodyscrub and use lots of body lotion.

u go to some special skin clinic, i dont knw from where u belong, but here we have special skin clinic like Kaya skin clinic, or rather u can go to a dermatologist that can help u a lot with really a good skin

there are all kinds of skin systems you can try I've tried proactiv, clinique, clearasil and currently i am using the almay system they all work but my skin is picky after awhile so i have to try different things maybe one of those will work for you. clinique also has make-up that works for smoother skin. hope this helped. good luck
