if you have 2 ovarian cysts one on each side, 7-8cm and you don't have insurance should you go to doctor?
Question:
Answers:
tell her to go to a free clinic and go on the pill. I have polycystic ovary syndrome..and at any given time would have 6-7 cysts on both ovaries. They don't nec. cause pain or any problems. Cysts occur in all women at the time of ovulation.that's how the ovary 'shoots' out the egg into the fallopian tube. They aren't a big deal.but the pill will help.because you won't ovulate anymore.thus no more cysts forming. The only reason you would need surgery is if one gets large.but this is rare.
Other Answers:
Without a doubt you should go to the doctor, these things can get worse and cause severe pain, infertility. I don't know where you live but if there is a county, city or state hospital where they can help at little to no cost go there. Do the research. Don't wait until May.
you should go to the er or you can die

my sister can not have babies because cysts
Ovarian cysts do not necessarily mean that you are going to die or be unable to have kids, so don't let the previous answers put the fear of God in you. Yes, you should definitely find a doctor who can work out a payment plan with you to get the ultrasound and discuss treatment options. Your health is worth it. Don't wait until May 1.
I had overian cysts and the solution was to put me on birth control. The cysts shrunk and evantually dissipated, and I have not had issues since. I did not die, and I can still have kids.
Good luck!
What did the DOC Tell her to do the last time she was seen and was told about these cysts? Can she call him and say - hey, I'll have insurance on 5/1, can I wait that long? He'll be able to tell her one way or the other, and all the ramifications of doing it now or waiting until later. This is very serious, but I also know that if the doc thought I could hold out AND I could endure the pain, I'd wait. But only with the doctors 'permission/instruction/knowin. all the pro's and con's of EACH choice'.
Good Luck and I wish her the best!
I say "Yes" to the doctor.
Perhaps you could find a Catholic Hospital or a teaching hospital who will adjust any payments that you have to make on a "sliding scale". Check to see what resources are available in your vacinity.
Find out if the insurance coverage that you are expecting in May will cover a "pre-existing health condition" (That means something your were diagnosed with BEFORE they insure you.) Some insurance plans do not cover what is considered a pre-existing condition, so waiting until May to find out could just cost you precious time.
Some cysts are totally harmless, but some of them can be dangerous, and require treatment as soon as possible.
I hope the best for you all, I really do. Do not make money the big consideration in this. With good health, you can earn more money.
