Answers:
Chinese medicine says that dark circles under your eyes are a sign of an internal problem, not just a skin problem. If they are dark that indicates toxic blood and the kidneys weakness in filtering your blood. If they are swollen that indicates sluggish filtration of your kidneys.

This can lead to a variety of health problems such as water retention, scanty urine, swollen ankles, fingers and toes and possibly urinary infection.
There are several solutions you can use.
The are in my source you should check them out.

try getting at least 8 hrs.of sleep or put cucumbers on ur eyes to get that puffy out

Get as much sleep as possible and by some concealer for when you have a late night

go to sleep AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and sleep AS LONG AS YOU CAN. if that still doesn't help, try taking vitamin supplements because you may have vitamin deficiencies or try placing tea bags on your eyes.

Hi,

I suggest that you use green tea bags under your eyes; it helps to reduce the puffy bags under your eyes.

Just put the tea bags in a cup with warm-hot water and place both under your eyes, give it at least 10 minutes to make it work. The result takes time for the flaw to disappear.

And to make it quick as possible, get 8 to 10 hours of sleep

Best of luck: D

Sleep is good, but no matter how much sleep, sometimes I still have bags under my eyes so I use eye creams from the store for dark circles and puffiness. I put it on twice a day and it helps to always make your eyes look fresh and perfect.
