are their ways to make yourself taller?

Question:

Answers:
Height and growth go on from the birth until adolescence.
Then skeleton reaches its max (genetic) measures and there is nothing to do for increasing it since any bones is tightly interconnected with the body. Generally the hormones helps the growth during the childhood and the puberty. Therefore even at 16 years old it's too late.

Other Answers:
sure. y not? . WHAT! . i dunno.cuz if i knew .then that'd save me a lot of arguments.

depends on your age and your genetic make up.
if you are in the growing years, you can make sure you grow to your genetic potentical ; by eating health and EXERCISING..
once you are past the growing stage you can keep your height longer by eatting correctly and exercising.

but there is magical pill to help you grow onse you are past your growing stage. if you are not growing you may have a gland issue; and need to go to the docter.. if you are growing slowly do not worry, sometimes your body is growing else where and then the energy will be used to grow to increase your height in it's time.
be patient...

It depends on your age. Human Growth Hormone shots can increase your height if taken before you have finished your growth spurt. Your doctor can tell you more about this. Just so you know: taken orally, the hormone breaks down in your stomach. HGH oral supplements are a waste of money.

So far HGH shots, good diet & exercise, avoiding smoking (and possibly excessive caffeine intake - though it's been poorly researched), and genetics are what effects your height.

Good luck!

I should point out that most women tend to choose men a few inches taller than themselves, not supertall guys. i.e. being tall doesn't mean that women flock to you.

yeah.play lots of basketball.seriously !
