How does your sugar intake affect your skin?
Question:
Answers:
when your body produces to much sugar(insulin) made from your pancreas, and the way the body tells you that you have too much sugar is when your skin breaks out. it also has alot to do with the types of sugars you eat. Like processed sugars and sweet things that have a lot of regular bleach white sugars. which are bad for you. so too much of anything is bad and this goes for bleach sugar as well. Have you notice for prime example, when you drink too many soda pop drinks all the time and not enough water, your skin breaks out.
