Vitiligo is the loss of eye lashes. As you probably already know. Vitiligo an have many underlying causes. Some more serious than others. YOu have to treat the underlying cause to be able to treat loss of eye lashes. If its something like blepharitis (which is kind of like dandruff on your eye lashes) you can use lid scrubs and oitments that you can get from your optoemtrist. If it is something more serious like LUPUS for example (its an autoimmune disease), then you have to treat the symptoms of lupus. Its a very complicated problem. There are many underlying problems that can cause this problem. My best bet for you is to first see your eye doctor and see what he/she says. THen I would advise for you to see your physician to do some blood work, to rule out some autoimmune diseases. There might also be some type of hormonal or nutritional deficit. Again, please go see your eye doctor. Its probably nothng serious, but you should get it checked out.
