Online DIY abortion instructions for women in Dakota. Think it's a good idea?

It's disgraceful that legislators create a situation where this should be necessary.
Provided that people read the WHOLE set of instructions, the chances of something going wrong should be quite small - the problem I see is that most people who are likely to try this procedure will not read all of the instructions.

Actually it's not DIY. It's instruction for people who want to start an underground clinic. So ideally the people performing the abortions will have to undergo some sort of training. It's not supposed to be people who wake up one day and decide to do an abortion.
If this is actually the case then I don't see it as that bad. Its better than a desperate woman drinking bleach or some of the other stories I've heard. There were some clean and safe (relatively, obviously not like a hospital) underground clinics before Roe vs Wade.
