Have a lump in breast. Dr said mamo looked good Surgeon said looked ok but Should i have it taken out anyway?

Sometimes, lumps in breasts can be innocent. Like a fatty deposit. Some woman naturally have lumpy breasts. If the x-rays came back ok , and your dr. is not concerned, i wouldn't worry about it. But you can always get a second opinion, to give you piece of mind.

if you've taken them out, and it keeps growing back, what's the point in wasting money doing this surgery that could also risk your life, or risk your breast?

I would have it removed its probably fine but why worry just remove it and stop having to worry about it.
