were do i start!!
in the last year i have gone from a size 6 to a 10. {7~10 stone} its horrible.Im glad i put on a bit of weight cause i didnt want to be to skinny but i didnt want to put this much on and know i cant get rid of it.
its mostly on my hips & tighs they are huge, i have tryed dieting and joining the gym, but notings working at all. PLEASE HELP ME !!
I would love to just tone up my stomoch, tighs and as ss s // Plus i wamt to reduce my hip size.

it sounds as though you have gone from very underweight to just right! Don't worry about it..go to the gym if you want to tone up muscle etc but don't concentrate on loosing weight there really is no need!! just stay fit and eat healthily x

You did not try diet and exercise, because if you did those two things, I garauntee you will loose weight. What do you want a miracle cure? You have to do it the hard way.
