genetics determine how tall you will be.
But, there is always hope for you. I will tell you how.
In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.
Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.
These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.

You really need to provide more information. How tall are you? Have you gone through puberty yet (are you a late bloomer)? I would think that you still may grow a little taller but ask your doctor. How does your height compare with other members of your family?
a friend of mine was only 4'10inches when he left school. I never saw him again for 2 years and he was over two foot - if thats what college life does for you i should of gone!
Im conly 5'2''
We continue to grow until we are approx. 21 yrs old. Sometimes we grow out sometimes we grow taller. That's just the way we are. Can't change that.
yes you can if you are a boy some grow till they are in
their Early 20's don't worry girls grow till late teens
Some people stop growing after a certain age or if that is not the case, you should exersize more, eat healthy, take vitamins, and take in more calcuim.
well ur body growth i.e. height depends on many factorsany they are:-
1.your parents height:-ur height will me nearer to ur parents or ur any close relatives height as it depends on hereditary factor.
2.ur height can still be increased as u r not reached to the age of about 21.i.e. height will grow up till ur puberty period.
it grows little slowly in puberty periods.
you can still grow up to 18, try and get more milk, exercise more, play basket ball or jump more at home, it'll help, and good luck. Ah and don't forget your vitamins.
Yes, you can get taller still. You will continue growing until you are about 21. I was 4 ft 11 inches when I was a freshman in high school. About halfway through the school year I started to grow fast and by summertime I had grown 10 inches in 5 months (turns out I had a hyperactive thyroid which was caught during a physical I needed to join the basketball team). So not I was 5ft 9 inches at 15 years old. Over the next 5 or 6 years I grew another 3 inches to get to my current height of 6ft tall. So you still have a few years to continue growing.
