How do you stay in shape?

What is your weekly fitness routine?

Answers:
Eat a well balanced meal: meat, veggie, small amount of starch.

Don't eat white bread or tortillas. Limit all other breads to small portions.

Drink plenty of water.

Try not to drink any sodas, alcoholic drinks. If you must, buy diet or limit to once a week.

If you crave sweets, buy the small bite size candies and only eat one. Or, eat a cold, cold orange or watermelon - very juicy and delicious.

Exercise 30 to 45 minutes 3 - 4 days out of the week.

Don't eat late at night before going to bed.

Eat a good breakfast, then eat another small snack, like an apple, at mid morning if you get hungry.

Don't buy junkfood. If its not in the house, you cannot eat it. Save the money for something else - new outfit, a dinner to a good restaurant,

If you do breakdown and buy junkfood, after you've satisfied yourself with a taste, take the rest to work and share with your coworkers.

Every once in a while, you have to reward yourself with something bad, but go back to the healthy lifestyle soon afterward.
