is there a free online "points" based diet program, similar to Weight Watchers, with food diary?
Question:
Answers:
I did the points system with weight watchers a few years ago and loved it. It doesn't deprive you of anything as long as you stay within your points. After being on a prescribed medication that caused me to gain weight pretty quick I got frustrated and got off plan. Right now I cannot afford weight watchers, but I still have a lot of information and do it myself and keep my own journal. If you want, you can email me at gigi2476@yahoo.com and I will send you all the information I have along with a few helpful websites.

A free online diet program is spark people http://www.sparkpeople.com It's not point-based, but you can either follow their meal plan suggestions or you can diary what you ate to total up the calories. They also have sections for setting goals, planning exercise, support, and lots of articles.
