I have these red bumps on my back..?

they look like acne but are not going away and are speading slowing on to my arms.they have a yellowish head but nothing inside.plus they never go away.

This is acne. My friend went to the doctor for this and the doctor gave her a prescription pill to kill the bacteria in her body. (The bacteria is not on your skin it's actaully in your body).

Best way to get rid of them is by going to a dermatologist (they're experts!) and he'll know what to do with them! I'm sure your insurance will pay for it, you just need to provide for copay.

Could it be you recently changed soap, detergent, fabric softener, or something else, a new food, perhaps? Take a dose of Benadryl (or store brand diphenhydramine) as per package directions, and see if that helps, but do it close to bedtime, do NOT drive or do anything else that requires alertness, it will make you loopy and sleepy.
