Look for products with guaifenesin in them. I believe plain Robitussin has it. Other Robitussins like DM has the guaifenesin and dextromethorphan which is for cough.

to clear up there nose give them a vick inhalier they will have fun puting it to there nose and feel the cold feeling go through them. those vicks vaporizers are to dangerous they cause serious burns.warm bath help break up the crap in their chest.you should also if available that them to the doctor to get checked for broncititous

try using vapor rub or a vapor bubble bath..its actually bubble bath with medicine in it
