Eat less and move more. That is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. It isn't a pill or a supplement or any miracle. It is the easiest answer but yet the hardest thing to do. Good Luck!

Just ME! :)
eat a sensible diet, cut out red meat, eat fruit and veg, try not to snak between meals, go to the gym regularly (4 times a week)and make sure you work hard there. drink about 2 litres of water a day and stay away from junk food. you cant take a pill to loose weight it just wont work, many diet plans and suppliments that claim to make you loose weight do nothing more than rob you of your money. im afraid its the hard way if you want to loose weight and keep it off. the good side is though that you will begin to feel really good after afew weeks, a good diet and lots of excersize will speed up your metabolism and help to get toxins out of the body once you get to this stage your new lifestyle will give you pleasure and not pain so you will find it a lot easier from this point on. good luck.
your own common sense and will power. just watch your portions, exercise.

I agree with most of the answers here. Some supplements can aggravate health problems that an overweight person may have.
Think the "silent killers" and before starting any diet, exercise program or especially any supplements for weight loss. Talk to your doctor. Have him evaluate your health and suggest an easy exercise regime to get you started (without putting your body and health in danger). Commit to eat right, and that can be very difficult, but it's a necessary part of losing those pounds. Your doctor may have a diet outline for you. *(Remember you do not NEED junk foods and neither does anyone else that lives in your house.it's good to purge those cabinets and the fridge and freezer of any high fat or sugary treats!)
The doctor could also inform you about things like your cholesterol (both good and bad), and the health of your heart and blood pressure and things that could affect you. If you are a 300 pounder.please remember "Easy Does It" at first, you should NOT go out to try run a marathon one morning. It's really dangerous for seriously obese people to do too much too fast!
There could be other reasons for weight gain besides poor diet and exercise habits. If you have a thyroid, hormonal or other health problem, the doctor should find that when he examines you and does some routine blood tests.
Losing the weight is a process just like gaining that weight was. If you want to be a success at losing weight, you will realize that a "magic pill" is not the right answer. Stay healthy, if you are an obese person, you may need mild exercise at first so as not to strain knees, ankles or parts of your body that cannot tolerate the stress of the weight of your body.
Once you commit the money for the doctor's visit, and his advice then you will be more likely to try to follow through, I think. Perhaps there are even community programs that you can find to help you find a way to walk away from your weight. There are probably even support groups in your area, so that you could lose weight with "friends", if not I know you can find online groups that may be helpful.
Some people over eat because of emotional difficulties, so if food is really a problem for you, or an escape or a "friend" to you.then maybe you should find a support group to help you. It all begins within. You can only change things if YOU really want them to change.
Good Luck!

The battle of the bulge! (experience)
There are no products currently on the market worth buying that will help you lose weight. Walking is the best exercise and drink lots and lots of water. Eating smaller portions and snacking on raw carrots and celery will do the job better that anything you could ever buy.
