the easiest is to use 3m tape, tape it to you finger and then rip it off quickly, if it doesn't work, use cooked rice, take a spoon full squeeze it into a paste and then use it on the hand with a blister and see if it sticks off, if not, try the last method, pour a thin layer of white glue on your finger or whatever and let 15 min to dry, then peel it off. and if it doesn't come off, then just let it stay.

Apply neosporin ointment over the area and seal it with a bandaid. At least once a day, remove the bandaid, clean the area, re-apply neosporin and put the bandaid back on. This is to prevent infection. Also, neosporin is an excellent drawing salve (pulls infection out of the tissues toward the surface of the skin).
