will a bottle of 2.7 ounces of Eau De Parfum have the same percentage of concentration than a bottle of 1.7 ?

Question:
I have 2 bottles of Eau De Parfum, same brand, same name, but the perfume in the 2.7 ounces is a lighter color than the 1.7 ounces. Is it that the bigger bottle is less concentrated even though they are both Eau De Parfum, same name, same brand?

Answers:
They should be the same concentration and the size should only affect the amount of overall perfume in the bottle. Coloration is just added for the look and as a visual distrinction between brands/fragrances. I don't know why the same manufacturer has two different intensities of color for the same product.

Try an experiment. Spray the same amount from each bottle on two different pieces of paper. Then smell each in turn and see if one is stronger.

Other Answers:
No. Same concentration.
Unless the companies trying to rip you off.

This is a possible reason. For definitive proof, however, you would have to email the manufacturer.
