Where is the best place in Memphis to get a tattoo?

Also, how do you choose a tattoo design? If you have an awesome tattoo, how did you come up with the design for it?

I've always been told Underground Art is the place to go. Can't remember what street, but it's in the Cooper Young district. I got mine done there in 2004 and they did a great job, they're also always voted #1 tattoo parlor for the Memphis area every year in the Memphis Flyer. There is another I've heard of as well called Trinity that's supposed to be good. It's in the same shopping center where Denim and Diamonds used to be, I can't think of the name of the road at all, sorry.
When I got mine, I had done alot of thinking on it.years actually. I knew I wanted a frog, but didn't know where or what kind. I ended up getting a red eyed tree frog hanging off a stick on my lower back. The tattoo itself is pretty big, but I had the artist position it so that only his head showed above my pant line, like he was peeking over. Since I couldn't find a picture of what I wanted, I brought in lots of different pics and we sat down and discussed what I wanted. He went back and drew it up and it was perfect. I was really impressed. I want to add to what I already have, and I will definately be going back.
