There are many books availble by weider(they make all the weights).there is one in particular(can't think of the name) that is in department stores now that is spiral bound and walks one through every exercise! If this does not work, suscribe to a muscle magazine.they have all sorts of tips in them!

I've done it. Go buy muscle magazines, it'll give you plenty of online stuff. I like magazine better!

there are many routes to go. When i first started lifting, i went to a personal trainer. I weighed 135lbs, and he set me up on a program. You start lifting light. Example of a workout. To start bench pressing keep yourself to doing 6 reps (six times up and down) = 1 set. Keep everything to 6 reps. Use the bar first (usually a 45lb bar). Do 3 sets of 6 reps each. Example, 6 reps. Take a breather, next set, than next set. than you can put on a 10lb plate on each side, or a 5lb if you want to find your weight. But always keep the weight even on each side. when you add a plate to each side, continue. 3 sets of 6 reps. add another plate. use this to find your weight. You can start out easier if you don't have a bench. Buy a pair of dumbellsfrom a sports store. At home do sets of 10, in consecutive motion. left, right, left, right, etc. Dedicate a half hour to do so take breathers, or do throughout the day. they can also be used by sitting in a chair or lying down (just like benching)
