Depends on how you define "best." Highest quality? Widest range of colors? Most natural looking? For eyeshadows? For foundations? I could go on. But my vote for colors and blendability is NARS.

I don't stick to just one brand, but most of my makeup is Mac simply because I like the coverage of their foundation, they have awesome eyecolors and the best *IMO* prep products "Brushes, consealers, mattifing bases, etc." I prefer Iman or Black Opal blush simply because it meets the undertones in my skin better than MAC. I prefer maybeline blush because for me, its formulated better than MAC and a heck of a lot cheaper.

Another reason i consider MAC the best is that they recycle containers with their back to MAC program

I'm a MAC girl!
