Answers:
Start a good cardio-vascular work-out. Start slow and work up to 30 minutes at least 3-4 times a week. Also add in doing chest workouts. Bench press with dumbbells at light weight. Also do chest fly's. Adding push-ups of different variations will also help. Hope this helps.

Any sort of aerobics and/or weightlifting.

I serious cant give you an answer without at first seeing a picture.

Feed a baby. Really.

Probably none. You will need to get plastic surgery to decrease the amount of skin. If you already have excess skin, losing weight will only make it worse. If you want them to be more firm, you can get a skin reduction or even an elargement to fill out the extra skin.

This specific exercise helps a ton. Place both of your palms together, hands held up with elbos bent. Press on base of palms and repeat. You can actually feel the pressure on the sides of your breast. Hold hands together and do the opposite. Instead of pressing - Pull. Again feel the pressure on the centre of your chest. Keep doing this and you'll have firmer breasts!

i have big boobs and i do lots of upper body stuff to keep them firm. but i was a bit over-weight and dropped alot of chub and lost alot of boob, i was very happy, but i had to stick with the upperbody stuff to keep 'em firm.

A girl i went to school with had rather large breast, she was a little chubby, but she lost 20 pounds, and her size went down one cup size, but she said she had to exercise to make them firm.
