PAIN, intense PAIN!. My dad had some, but he went to get a proceedure that shocks them into tinyer stones that reduced the pain slightly. I would recommend drink lots of beer, it helps !

You need to drink alot of cranbarry juise and water to help you expulse them.

A most unpleasant experience, if the stone keeps moving your fine, once passed your back to normal. However if its stuck in your groin, the pain is horrendous, you should call a Doctor immediately, its the one thing they will come out for regardless of the time of night or Day.

oh, *****. You are so *****ed. It is the most intense pain, worse than giving birth (somewhat similar though). Imagine pooping out a pumpkin. Only doing it with your plumbing system. Fells tight, burning and painful. You will be gasping for air. I suggest a hot shower and an ice-pack at the same time. But also check with a doc, perhaps there is a way to prevent it.

I had a Kidney stone, I've also been in 10 hours of hard labor. I'll take the labor any time. It feels like you're going to die and you wish you would just so the pain will go away. Good luck with that : )

Drink lots of fluids. Are you sure it is passable? When you urinate, use your muscles to make the urine come out strong and fast, as this will give you a better chance of the stone passing.

I hope you have been to the doctor to be sure that you CAN pass it though.

I actually set in my garden tub with the jets on.I aimed the jets where my pain was and this actually helped to "dislodge" one. Whatever works!

Been there, done that. Passed a few and also had emergency surgery on 2.

BY THE WAY, IT TOTALLY DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF THE STONE AND THE KIND OF STONE. MINE WERE THE PRICKLEY KIND AND WERE NOT PASSABLE. THE PAIN WAS THE WORST PAIN THAT I'VE FELT IN MY LIFE. With some, I've just had some minor discomfort.

Its hurts so bad its unbelievable! I would rather give birth to 10 kids in a row! It put me to my knees, I crawled into the ER, I was in so much pain. I hate to scare you, but it was the worse pain I have ever experienced! Sorry!

Recently had this, Started with severe pain in right side, ended up going to hospital. passed the stone without too much pain as I had been given pain relief. wouldn't want to try it again though. make sure you take in a reasonable amount of fluid through your day. I got slightly dehydrated at work on a regular basis. not had problem since. good luck.

Depending on its size will determine the extent of pain that you'll suffer while urinating. I drank excessive amounts of water to flush it out as fast as I could, of which worked well for me.

It is a very painful thing to pass even though it is small it has like little stickers sticking out of them and it hurts like a razor blade but the doctors can shrink them to where they are smaller but they are still very painful. Drink lots of water and they do say it is similar to giving birth

orifice block at urination.. dammed up water due to this ,dribbles, burning sensation in urinary tract, warmth in a kidney area with discomfort,'stomach' pain
the core of banana plant cooked with greengram with a touch of salt is recommended diet to pass the 'stone' out
there is searing pain if the stone is not small and rounded
great relief when it gets flushed and joy when the urine jets out full force.. will want to pat urself to hv kicked out the" enemy within"

I have had many. I can tell you its not a joyous experience. For me its starts with a dull ache in my side
which gets worse. The stone is trying to enter the ureter, the tubes that connect the kidney where the stone formed and the bladder. If it is too big to pass it has to be destroyed by a laser or taken out surgically. If it is small enough it gets into the urethra and stretches it. This is a different pain. This sharp pain is unimaginable. If your fortunate it passes into the urethra. Then you might pass it when you urinate. Or they can get it with a cisteroscope which is painful when you urinate for a few days. If you pass it this is another type of pain. Good luck with it. Its about the worse pain a man can have.

When I had impacted gall stones, the pain was horrific: However, the Doctor said to me 'Pray that you never get kidney stones, the pain is a hundred times worse'. If that is true, lock away the guns and anything else with which you might cause yourself injury. It is going to hurt like hell...
