What could my problem be? (females only)?

Question:

I have not had my cycle in about 3 months. only light spotting for a day. I am not pregnant. I have had blood tests, and my tubes tied. I know the first response will be see a doctor, but I see military doctors. If you don't go in there knowing something about what it could be it is very hard to get anything done.

How old are you? Early onset menopause?

Have you lost a lot of weight recently? If you get too thin, your periods can stop.
