how many miles a day should i do on a stationary bike? I used to run, but I am now changing up the routine.?

i think you should start off and biking twice the many miles you used to run. Then, slowly add like 1 mile per two days or something

At least 5 miles. i once done 120 miles but thats just crazy

its not so much the distance as the time, you should exersize about 30 minutes each day, and depending on you age you heart rate should probably be around 140

i would like to know the answer also, stationary bikes are pretty convenient and an easy way to tone up!
personaly i am working up to 60 mintues a day,
M-F, not to burn fat or anything, i just enjoy the workout and how i feel afterwards-not to mention it sky rockets the metabolism for a few hours afterwards!
