What do nudists do when they're on their period?

I know this is a really weird question, but I just thought of it one day. I would assume they would just wear a tampon, but that would be gross.

Gee, I never thought of that. I'd assume they wore some type of bottoms (pants, skirt, bathing suit).I mean clothing is always an option at those camps. They aren't required to be nude 24/7.

It depends - If it's light then they'll just use a tampon (yes, with the string dangling - so what?). Otherwise they wear bikini bottoms, or a sarong round the waist, or both. No problem.
