My Dr. prescribed me ambien for sleeping.?

Does anyone know anything about this product? I've heard of people doing weird things like sleep eating, sleep walking etc.

Ambien's considered one of the more safe prescription sleep aides on the market at this point in time which is why you're hearing more and more about it. Part of the reason behind it is that it's more short acting than most sleep aides and you're not suppose to wake up with that groggy, hung over sensation you get with many others. None of my patients have any complaints about the medication except that it doesn't work on some of them.
