I use.
Hydrogen Peroxide, and then keep the wound clean. Also it is not indicated for deep wounds. Mainly for surface or small cuts , etc..
NOTE NOTE>> Triple Antibiotic Ointment is generic Neosporin, so following the advice below will be a problem for you.

Bacitracine.
I was alergic to bacitracine but not neosporine. Maybe the opposite for you.
