I doubt it very seriously..different anti-biotics are used to treat different diseases. You should see a physician to be properly diagnosed and treated
Penicillin is the drug of choice for gonorrhea.
It will cure chlamydia, but not gonorrhea. You need rocephin or cipro for that.
1000 mg? That is 1 gram! I'm pretty sure taking one gram of antibiotics is not a wise thing to do.
Also, azithromycin is effective for treating chlamydia, but not gonorrhoea. Gonorrhoea is caused by a bacteria called Neisseria gonorrhoeae, which belongs to a group called Gram negative bacteria. Azithromycin is not effective against this group.
