how can i get rid of hemmroids quickly?

I think the only thing you can do to get rid of them for good is to see a doctor. They have new procedures now for hemmroids. I don't know what they do now, but they used to put a rubber band around them untill they fell off. Yikes

I would say have them checked out by a doctor. YOu can use creams such as perparation H to help you out. A sitz bath (sitting in a warm bath) can also help ease our discomfort. To keep them from flaring up make sure you eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water to help, things down there move smoothly. Also, when you are "dropping kids in the pool" so to speak, don't push. Let it come out naturally.
