Is there a non-medical way to prevent nausea during pregnancy?

Question:

Answers:
slightly flat 7-up or sprite

this is good for nausea, as far as nausea with pregnancy, I could work.

it seems like the sugar in the 7-up helps the stomach to combat those queezy feelings. I think because the sugar in the 7-up is so easily digested it helps your stomach to concentrate on the sugar and not on other things. and the soda part helps too.

this tip is used by people that have consistent bad migraines.

good luck

Other Answers:
Eat saltine crackers. I felt more nauseated on an empty stomach.

ginger. ginger candies, pills, whatever.

suck on a sucker, it worked for me.
i a parenting magazine, i can't remember which one. but you can or these sucker that help or just buy them at the store.

No sweety there isn't. There are pills that the doctor can prescribe that helps it but you would need to get permission from your doctor to take the medication. Usually this is for people with VERY SEVERE nausea.

Consider the nausea a good sign that the baby is healthy. The nausea is because of the hormonal changes and levels in your body because of the pregnancy.

Just keep the crackers on hand and you'll survive (even if it doesn't seem like your will--heee heee).
