Lay-Z-Boy does make them.I was just looking at them over the weekend. They cost about $1200 and medicare covers only the cost of the motor that is in the chair. I suggest talking to a salesman.Have they developed a way to keep hair from getting gray yet?

i know someone who it worked for
Hi Kat, my mother is in poor health and has had a hip and knee replacement. We have been provided many medical accessories from a company called (in-care?) I'm not positive if this is the way it's spelled. Anyway there are many other companies that provide these type things like hospital beds, 3 in 1 commodes, rails for the tub, etc. Most likely her doctor has a company that he predominantly works with. He usually will need to sign an order for the things as well. If I were you I would ask him which company he usually works with. Good luck and God bless you.
