I had one that I finally had surgically drained because it wouldn't respond to antibiotics or time. Hope yours will clear up on its own. See a doc for advice maybe.
Depends on what's causing it. If it's due to an infection, antibiotics will help with the infection, but a decongestant can help with the ear congestion. Sometimes a plugged ear is due to a build up of wax and will have to be flushed at your doctor's office.

^^^^ that is BAD!! whatever you do..dont take that persons advice!! you can damage your ear, which will leave you in a worse position than you started in.
