Please, list all of the junky food that i should not eat!?
Question:
(Including snacks, and all others).thanks!
Answers:
The list is just way too long. Definitely avoid all hydrogenated oil containing items (potato chips, pretzels,etc.). Avoid sugar completely, I can't stress this enough. Sugar will cause weight and health problems. That doesn't mean you should substitute with any of the other artificial sweetners. Try stevia or candy bars with raw cane sugar. Check these out at your local health food store.

forget all that, go vegan or at least vegetarian. MOST..99.9999% of all processed foods (diet stuff included) are horrible for you. Fresh foods, fresher the better and while the meat in its self isn't bad for you, all the steroids and GH's they feed livestock IS VERY BAD!.. Most countries won't even allow us to export our beef and poultry because of this. and get up off you buns and exercise.. most food regardless of how bad it is for you won't make you fat.. seditary lifestyle, inactivity and outright laziness will make you fat.
Cut out foods with white sugar, white flour, and trans fats(patially hydrogenated oils). That's a good place to start.
Basically anything that comes in a package is fattening.stick to lettuce..vegetables and fruits.everything is pretty much bad for you.but remember don't deprive yourself of all junk food or eventually you'll pig out and splurge on it..so if you really want some junk eat it just limit the portion.
i stay thin sometimes because i hate mcdonalds, burger king, lalala and instead eat at mmmm subway.
