what if i whent with out eating for a week and just drank lots of water.?

Then you'd be pretty stupid. Most people know the rule of 3, a human can survive 3 minutes with out air, 3 days without water, and 3 weeks without food. You could easily survive but your body would go into "starvation mode" and your motabolism would drop. If you want to cleanse your body, try one day and allow yourself fruit juices and herbal teas but then EAT! If you want to take the cleansing thing further, eat high fiber foods and it will flush out your body. Good luck!

u lose wieght.i tried it.i eat less but drink lot.it make me feel tired.i spend most of my time with sleeping.it s not a healty way.u can go on ur life without eating. u will probably start eating again and u will regain all the weights that u lose.eating vegetables, fruits and taking regularly food supplements and exercising is the best way.try it u will see the result.

That is called fasting. Try to drink a small glass of fruit juice also about 3 times a day. It is usually better to fast only three days at a time and when you come off the fast come back slowly to eating with broth and fruit juice, don't eat a hamburger!
