Maybe is some gastro odor. You should go to the doctor. I have a friend that had some really bad mouth odor. They told him that the smell did not come from his mouth but inside in esophogus/stomach. There is a medicine and a surgery that might solve your problem. But I recommed you to go to your doctor.

may need a simple dental cleaning or a "deep cleaning" (aka perio scaling and root planning). brushing and flossing alone will not sweep away those bacterium that become trapped under calculus buildup. thus the stench

Why do u clean twice a day? Why not 5 times a day or more?
Just try it.I'm sure it vl be ok.after that u need not use mouthwash too.

A dentist will have answers to the cause/cure for your particular problem. Sometimes an antiseptic mouthwash like Listerine helps b/c it kills the bacteria in your mouth that can cause odor.

Try using a tongue scrapper after you brush, and then rinse with mouthwash.

Make sure you clean your tongue as well. Most mouth odor comes from the tongue.
