um. no. that's from personal experience, although i didn't use it long because i slept like a baby for one night and then it quit working at all. quite frustrating. you can probably type in www.ambien.com and find out the side effects, unusual side effects and so on from the company itself. they usually outdo themselves so as to not be liable for anything, ever. and of course to keep patients alive and well.

I've been using it on and off for 4 months and haven't had any problems with sleep walking or the munchies.

I don't know about Ambien, but I take Seroquel (another sleep aide) and that stuff really gives me the munchies 30 minutes after I take it.
