my child had her front teeth pulled, how long will it take for her new teeth to grow in?

my daughter had her front two teeth pulled, because she fell at the playground and hit her teeth. They were not ready to fall out. How long should it take for her new teeth to grow in? She is 6 1/2 years old.

what is the name of the glue they use after surgery?

Answers:
How fast your childs teeth come out depends on weather or not they are visible yet, family history and her own body's particular eruption pattern. If the adult teeth are already visiple they will have an easier time erupting. I've had some kids come through the practice where the skin heals over the adult teeth. The adult teeth can't push throught the skin, because the child is using the skin to do a bit of chewing so it thickens. In these cases I have to physically expose the adult teeth so the eruption force can move the teeth into position.

In my practice the average age of eruption is 6 1/2 to 7 yrs
But I do get the odd kid that comes though with centrals at 5 1/2 or 8 1/2 at the outer limits.

My Dr. prescribed me ambien for sleeping.?

If you are referring to her upper central incisors then the "normal" age is 7.5 - 8.5years. Extraction of her deciduous teeth will probably hasten them by 3-4 months.
