Well honey, OBVIOUSLY you are not trying hard enough to lose weight. Diet without exercise will do NOTHING (unless you have an eating disorder- but don't do that).
The best way to lose weight is to run. Run (not jog) every day for about 20-30 min. Then, you will see results.
Also, be sure to drink only water (and coffee if you must).
Weight training helps too, because the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn by just standing there (that's why guys can get away with eating more junk food than girls).
Remember, you must set a goal, make a plan to achieve that goal, and stick to it. Good luck!

you arent excercising to supplement the lowering of calories.
Take this from personal experience - cut your calorie intake down to 1000 calories a day and eat only fat free foods. Also, cut youtotla carb intake down to 6-10 per day. Drink only water and excercise (any exercise will do even if it is just walking) and the weight will come off. I lost 63 pounds in just 3 months.
You need to cleanse and nourish while you're reducing caloric intake. Use STACK. It's worked for 100% of the people who I've recommended it to. Or, you could continue NOT losing weight.

Other then exercise which is a MUST to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eating 10 calories for every 1 pound that you weigh also maintains your WEIGHT if you want to LOSE weight you need to cut that. If you are eating 1800 calories a day and weigh 180 pounds you will NOT lose or gain weight. Try a healthy diet and try eating about 1000 calories a day, anything lower then that might harm you. Drink lots of water. No sweets. Exercise regularly. Stay on a regular sleep schedule getting plenty of sleep.
