I have the same problem and Im still working on it. I lost it then but I recently got it back cus I havent been workin out for awhile. But You should do Cardio.. I know that your trying to lose that bump on ur stomach but 20-30min of cardio 3 to 4 times a week help alot. Eat grapefruit as well theres an ingredient in grapefruit that burns fat cells. yay! also take a tablespoon of apple cider vineger before every meal. But most importantly IVe been doing crunches for ever and they only work SOME parts of your stomach. to GET the FULL effect you need to do sit ups about 100-150 sit ups a night. or at least 50-100 sit ups. as well as those backward crunches THOSE HELPED ALOT. i should get back to doing them myself. lol. Do reverse crunches. Lie on your back and secure yourself by holding onto something with your hands. Now raise your slightly bent crossed legs up to do normal repetition with the lower half of your body instead of the top.

Remember to work out your lower back in a seperate exercise to keep both sides of your middle balanced muscle wise to prevent a possible future injury.
