why do I have sore muscles after i work out?

is smoking cigars just as bad as smoking cigarettes?

Answers:
The consensus of information tells us that you have stressed your muslce tissues, and that can be a good thing. Now, you begin to benefit from rest period, for this is when your muscles grow. Be sure to rest every other day the muscles you worked out. By doing this you enhance the growth and minimize chances of injury.

Good luck.

PS. My advice: learn to "listen" to your muscles. Sometimes it's good to take as much as a couple days off. Don't feel guilty about this, but be sure you get back to the routines so that you'll continue to benefit.

how are you feeling today?

Can you tell the size of genitalia by the size of feet?

Because when you work out you are actually damaging the muscles. However, this is good because in a day or two your muscles will be repaired and they will be stronger. You must do this in moderation and rest when you are sore so you give your muscles time to repair.

If someone is wet without looking or thinking anything exciting what must b done to avoid it?

Please, don't take any offense over this but, of course you're some sore muscles after you work out. Oh, wait. You're asking just why, not first time why? Oh. Sorry. Well, after pressuring [sic] your muscles with stuff like dumbells and weights can hurt them. Now, not like getting hit with a tree hurt, but you feel pain while working out, don't you? When recovering from the pain, instead of the pain you experience during the workout, you get something dulled down, hence sore muscles. Another idea is that when the weights sort of push down muscles when lifting them, the muscles sort of compact. After the workout, the muscles return to an almost normal shape, possibly a tiny bit bigger. Hope this explains it!

Does every human has widsom teeth?

When you excercise, you put your muscles to work--even if it's something simple like the treadmill. When it comes to strength training, it's even more obvious. Each muscle group you work with a machine or free weights is stressed both by the weight and the resistance you place on it. Lactic acid builds up in those muscles you exercise, causing the ache or "burn" you feel. Afterwards, and even into the next day, exercised muscles can be stiff and sore, as they recover from the stress.

While recovery after cardio or aerobic exercise is relatively easy day to day, it's a different matter for muscles exercised with weights. They need a day of "rest" so they can heal from the stress of activity. That is why, when strength training on a daily basis, you should work your upper body on Day 1 and your lower body on Day 2, alternating in that fashion. That way, one set of muscles is always resting.
