the main reason that people put on weight is that they eat too much. they eat too much because they are hungry. it is possible to eat yourself thin if you eat the right things.if a person wants to fulfill his or hers daily calorie intake you would have to eat roughly 2 pounds of chicken depenig on age, gender and excercise. the same amout of calories will be eaten if the person instead eats 16 pounds of peaches. of course no one is going to eat only one sort of food, but theorethically a person would have to eat peachs the whole day to get the daily calorie intake they need. my point is that people eat becasue they are hungry and if they eat high calorie food they put on wegih. if the person only eats fruits and vegetabls, he or she can eat all day, feel satisfied and still lose weight.
