In my opinion the most desperate measure is to stop eating. I knew a girl who did that and it did not help her. If you are looking at loose weight i recommend cutting down meals. That will help if you have a high metabolism, if not then i suggest joining GOLD's Gym, they have helped the most people that I have heard of =]

Drink lots of water, no drinking pop or alcohol, no fat, no sugar or starches such as bread and pasta, just veggies a little fruit, very lean meat and take vitamins too. Exercise every day for a few hours such as running walking fast anything to make you sweat a little. Keep busy doing things - go to the mall, beach, dance, bike just move - no TV or to much Computer time! Do for a 2 weeks and you can should loose about 10 to 15 pounds. Oh and be happy and look your best - being stressed will not help with loosing weight at all.

I don't think it is still done, but I had something called a Gastric Bubble inserted into my stomach in the 80's. It was a small inflatable cylander. They 1/2 way knocked me out, then through a tube inserted the collapsed 4" long plastic tube into my throat and down into my stomach. Then inflated it. The idea was that it would take up space in my stomach and then I wouldn't be able to eat much. Unfortunately the side affect was, my stomach tried constantly to digest it, so it was contracting on it like it was food, the only time I didn't have "hunger type pains" was if I ate.get the
idea..after 3 weeks I had put on 8 lbs. So I went back and told the doctor to take it out! They did, then I've spent the next 20 years, taking diet pills Phen Phen, drinking on my meals with a fasting drink, Lindora (injections of pregnant women's urine),4 times of Weight watchers, extensive use of diuertics..bottom line I havent got sick enough of being fat..when I do, I'll do it the right way.
Excercise and eat less food. Until then, I just try to get through each day the best I can. Remember, you won't
