They always have the nastiest attitude with me.Their customer service is horrible! I mean I'm living in an area, hit hard by Hurricane Katrina,and they are so mean! I'll never,ever buy anything from them again and I'll never ever recommend any of their products to anyone again!

Find out if they have a head of the corporation. I wrote to Olive Garden about bad service in a restaraunt and they gave me a gift card for two meals.
