How can I get sleepy after drinking energy drinks?

I can drink 2x16oz. RockStar Energy Colas, they contain copious amounts of caffine, taurine, guarana, inostol, and various types of sugar. Within 30 min. I get SLEEPY! What's up with that?

Sometimes for me drinking too much caffeine has the reverse effect and makes me tired. Maybe if you cut back a little you'd get better results. I went from the 24 ounce energy drinks to the little sugar free Red Bulls and have had a lot better results.

you can't until after a period of time,when your body gets used to it.
after some time, you start drinking 2 or 3 drinks and still go to sleep.
but this needs time.
the best to do is,don't drink it before sleeping time.
