Two part answer: nutrition & exercise.

For nutrition, make sure that you are eating enough to prevent your body from going into starvation mode, but not so much that you are adding onto your waistline.

Exercise: when you do cardio, do it first thing in the morning. Don't eat for a minimum of one hour afterwords, and make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. Ab exercises / weight training always helps.

Is there any pill that can reduce my weight ?
