Does your period stay on longer if not that much blood comes out but then it comes out regular?

Question: i mean if blood doesn't come out much but it comes out heavy on the third day, is it supposed to stay on longer if you can really tell your period is on.

Your period is never "normal" a "normal" cycle is supposed to be 28 days from the start of one period to the start of the next. anything can disrupt that. If you had an extrmely stressful day, whether emotionally or physically, or you may just have a light period. You may also want to take a preganancy test. With 3 of my pregancies I had "normal periods" for several months even when I knew for sure I was pregnant.
