Ok if the meds are for being sick then its a good thing as long as he dont go over 103 once it gets that high go to the ER right then and there. Dont worry though its normal to get hot while on meds its just your body killing the problem is all. To help bring the temp down have him take a cool shower and what helps to get used to the water is let him get in while the water is warm and have him slowly turn the temp down and the body will adapt to the temp and cool him off and while he is in there get a rag and wet it down stick it in the freezer and trade out rags so when he heats one up the other is ready for him.

Now if the meds are for another reason well like the other person said enjoy it as much as you can.
