my wife is pregnant she has developed urine/kidney infection, bcause she drinks water very less.
prblm here is that gyna has recommend my wife to not do the Kegels. Is there any harm associated with Kegels for a Pregnant women

Do as the Doctor has asked and here is another tip. After sex have her go pee it will help clear the area of Bactria and help her to not have UTI's later on through the pregnancy and even afterwords. While she is pregnant that area is stretched out allot and the Kegel's are just going to cause her to tear. If she pee's in her pants just a bit it is normal trust me. Its that area stretching is all. Tell her to use pads to catch it so she can make it to the bathroom and not have to change her pants. ( she must be carrying the baby low ).
