You have to be persistant! They stink when it comes to returning emails and phone calls. They're phone stays busy a lot but it IS a working number. I questioned this myself.

I deal with "csrep 1" This is a specific person.
Send your message at least twice back to back and then wait a day. If you don't hear from them, resend the same message everyday until you do. This is what I had to do. When I got my machine out of the box to assemble, 30 percent of it was missing.
