Answers:
at least 40 minutes of Cardio 3 times a week. Do all your strectching and situps pushups all that stuff then run or use and eliptical machine at a gym for 40 minutes or more. If you are over weight and need to lose some pounds this will help but you have to watch what you eat I recommend keeping a daily food journal so that you see what all you are eating and call tell what things to change. I have an Excel spread sheet that will tell you how many calories you need a day and can help with counting your calories. I also have one for Weight Watchers which in my opinnion is easier and works better than counting calories. If you want one or both of them email me.

run about 10 miles and do about 600 pushups and 70 pull-ups each day. this is what my uncle did. he is now a cheif though.
